		<description>@thePig: I was relieved too.  Part of my reasoning to start Biking To Live was to make these visits go better.  I hear you on the caffeine.  When I was in the Navy I drank pots of coffee per day.  Now I&#039;ve got myself down to 2 or 3 cups a day. </description>

I was at the doctors a few weeks ago, and was told my BP is slight above normal.  I do enough exercise but it is impacted by my diet - too much caffeine and too much beer :-) </description>
