		<description>Thanks.  I got in a few rides before my wife&#039;s surgery but had planned all along to literally throw down the gauntlet upon my return which is what I&#039;ve tried to do so far.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m tracking my food intake while seriously watching what I&#039;m eating and trying to ride as much as possible.  I&#039;m planning on taking today off since I&#039;ve ridden three straight days but I have to admit I feel pretty good this morning.  If I feel good later I may try to get a ride in but it&#039;s supposed to get really windy here in Dallas today.  We&#039;ll see.&lt;/br&gt;</description>
