Biking To Live was founded by Bryan Dewberry in 2008 after realizing that he needed to make radical, life altering changes regarding his health. Bryan is a husband, father, and road cycling nut.

Since returning to cycling in early 2008, Bryan has been on a quest to change his life lest he end up another statistic who went to an early grave after suffering from the complications of obesity. Bryan is focused and doing what he loves – cycling and teaching others how to use it to life a healthier life.

Bryan takes the perspective of a beginner when teaching road cycling and how to lose weight. He puts his teachings into words everyone can understand and learn from. Over the past three years he’s been re-learning the art of cycling, figuring out what it takes to eat right, and using it to live a healthier life. He wants to share that with you.
