My experience is that I can get clothes (jerseys, socks, bibs) cheaper online than I can locally. I think that may be because I can buy brands online that aren't necessarily major brands which is what the LBS' stock. Anyway, I've got the new tires installed and did a couple quick trips around the neighborhood to make sure everything was ok. I noticed the difference immediately. They seem to grip better than my others which is a big psychological comfort. I will tell you that they sure do look nice too. Some nice carbon fiber aero rims would make'em look even better but that's a purchase that'll have to wait a while. I too have been frustrated by Shop B. Shop A has always offered me excellent service and I try my best to give them all my business as I can.
