Ahhh, life sucks when it gets in the way of riding doesn’t it? Both of my sons went to my brother’s for a few days in the Maryland\DC area and I thought, ahhhhhhh peace and quiet. It was hot and humid today, but I still did 42. I discovered a new road out of UNF to Beach Blvd and explored it today. So now I could ride to the beach from the house fairly easily. It’s not on any maps though.

Yes, life got in the way last week. It was unbelievable.

I wouldn’t classify myself lite up like a Christmas tree. I only have the front white light and a flashing red rear light. There’s the guy on the hybrid I saw one time that was really lite up and I saw a guy on a hybrid a couple of weeks ago that was too. Maybe that’s who he saw. I know there are guys who ride the same, or close to the same, loop as I do and it would be nice to run into one of them now and then.

I had planned on riding this morning but woke up with a splitting headache so I didn’t ride. This sucks!
